The annual SEPAWA Congress is the central meeting point for anybody who is important in the international detergent and cleaning agent sector as well as the cosmetics and perfume industry. Schirm attended the event as an exhibitor and it was held once again in Berlin on 10 - 12 October this year.

Dr Karsten Mielke, Senior Manager, Business Development at Schirm, was very positive about the results. “Taking part in the long-standing SEPAWA Congress has become an obligatory new date in the Schirm calendar. The three-day event not only provides us with new ideas, but is also an outstanding platform for strengthening existing business relations and making new contacts. We were particularly able to hold interesting discussions and present tailor-made solutions on the topics of chemical synthesis and physical processes for finishing solid substances and liquids. Schirm will have an exhibition stand at the event in Berlin again next year.”

The SEPAWA Congress is the trend-setting event for the sector in Europe and attracted more than 3,000 trade visitors. International experts communicate information about the latest results of research and innovative developments in more than 130 specialist lectures and presentations. More than 250 companies presented their latest products and trends in the exhibition section. The next Congress will be held on 23 – 25 October in 2019.
